A Peek At My Meal Plan For The Week

Let's be real, we're all busy and the last thing we want to do is think about what to cook for dinner or what to prep for lunch the next day when you finally get settled in for the evening. Meal planning is HUGE when it comes to setting you up for success with your nutrition for the week.

Below is my meal plan from this week to give you an idea of how I meet my nutrition goals. Snacks are not included, but sometimes I prep for those by cutting up fruits and veggies or packages things into smaller containers so they're easy to grab and go.

I'm one of those people that can eat the same things all week long, but you can totally make your meal plan so you switch things up throughout the week!

Dinners with a * just indicate I made a meal kit. We get 3 meals a week from a meal kit service. I LOVE that I don't have to come up with new ideas for dinners every week!

In my burger bowls I do ground turkey that's seasoned like a burger, diced potatoes that have been air fried, and I sautee peppers and onions to add on top.
