Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Another delicious recipe to help tame your inflammation!
Ingredients:
95g frozen berries mix
10g oats
25g banana
1 scoop preferred protein powder (may change your macros)
14g peanut butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
I topped mine with coconut flakes, fresh strawberries, and walnuts.
Macros: 25g protein, 27g carbs, 10g fat (without toppings)
