PB Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies
If you came over from A Beautifully Fit Soul by Courtney, welcome! Glad to have you for the Cookie Swap Blog Hop!
These are a favorite in my house, a great way to i dulcet when you want a sweet treat without going overboard and still able to stick to my meal plan.
Here are the macros for 1 cookie: 106 calories, 6g protein, 7g carbs, 6g fat

Recipe:
1/2 cup Peanut Butter (130g)
1/2 cup protein powder (50g)
1/4 cup oats (40g) ground in food processor/blender)
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 egg yolks (ditch the egg whites)
2 tbsp maple syrup (35g)
2 tbsp chocolate chips (45g)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix the peanut butter, egg yolks, and maple syrup with a hand mixer
In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Slowly stir in dry ingredients until combined
Mix in the chocolate chips! Possibly eat a few...
Use a spoon/scoop to put the cookies on a baking sheet. They will not spread out, but they will puff up so you may want to flatten them a little.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until done and then enjoy!
