Tackling Meal Prep on Sundays


Let's chat about the magic of meal prepping on Sundays. It's a game-changer when it comes to saving time and eating healthier throughout the week. I'm currently on summer vacation, but I still prep a few things to set myself up for success throughout the week.


Here are a few tips to make your Sunday meal prep sessions a breeze:

  • Plan your meals for the week ahead. It helps to have a rough idea of what you want to cook so you can make an organized shopping list.

  • Choose simple recipes that are easy to batch cook. Think crock pot meals, one pan meals, stir fries, or rice bowls.

  • Invest in good quality food storage containers. Having the right containers can make a world of difference when storing your prepped meals.

  • Add it to your schedule. I can't emphasize this enough, you want to block out time to actually get this done!


Meal prepping on Sundays doesn't have to be a chore. With a little planning and creativity, you can set yourself up for a week of delicious and stress-free eating. Happy prepping!
