My Story
Why I Became A Personal Trainer/Nutrition Coach
I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis when I was 26 and began medication to control it. It was impacting my ability to be active the way I wanted so I got serious about my nutrition and workouts in December 2020.

I spent 6 months following my meal plan and workout program and spending way more time at the gym and I lost 30lbs. While that was a huge benefit, I also noticed other amazing benefits of having a healthier lifestyle. I am more confident, I have more energy to play with my rambunctious and adorable dogs, and I was able to fall asleep quickly and sleep through the night. The cherry on top was that I was able to stop taking medication to control my RA for a period of time!

After seeing all the ways my life improved when I got serious about my nutrition and workouts, I decided to become a certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer so I can help others realize the impact of nutrition on their overall health and their day-to-day lives.

I've been there! Believe me when I say that if I can do it, you can do it too!
