What if I don't like certain foods?
When we get started, I send you an inventory to fill out that asks specifically about your food preferences. Your plan is customized to what you like to eat and I have had clients who are gluten-free, dairy-free, or who just are picky eaters! I make it work for you specifically.
Do I have to exercise?
You don't HAVE to exercise if your goal is weight loss, but I highly recommend it. There are so many benefits not related to weight loss to exercising regularly. If your goal is to gain muscle, you definitely need to be doing strength training.
Do you only make plans for weight loss?
I can also support with working on building muscle, or just maintaining weight but fueling your body properly to have more energy and be healthier!
Do I have to measure out all my food?
The short answer is yes, but not forever. The key is to be precise with what you're eating to reach your goal. But tracking your food isn't something you have to maintain for life. While working with me, you learn what portion sizes look like and how to incorporate foods that have you feeling your best.
How long will it take me to reach my goal?
Bodies don't change overnight, for healthy and sustainable changes (instead of losing and gaining weight from crash diets) take time. It took me 6 months to lose 30lbs, working out 6 days a week, and consistently adhering to my plan. This is why I have multiple-month packages available. For most people, a healthy rate of fat loss or muscle gain is 0.5-2lbs per week. You have to stay consistent and trust the process, but then you'll be set up with healthy habits to maintain your progress for the long term.
