Anti-Inflammatory Burrito Bowl

SWWN’s Anti-Inflammatory Burrito Bownl

Looking for a delicious and nutritious recipe to keep your inflammation in check? This anti-inflammatory burrito bowl is for you!

Macros for 1 serving: 34g protein, 45g carbs, 6g fat

Makes 5 Servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper (mine was 200g)

  • 1 yellow onion (I had 154g)

  • 1 head of cauliflower (I used 375g)

  • 1lb lean ground turkey (and taco seasoning)

  • 400g brown rice (measured cooked)

  • 275g black beans

  • 200g avocado


  1. Chop up the veggies and sprinkle garlic powder and paprika on them. Bake at 400 for 30 min.

  2. Make the rice.

  3. Saute the ground turkey, season with taco seasoning.

  4. Put together the bowls - 80g brown rice, 3.5oz ground turkey, 75g cauliflower, 55g black beans, 40g bell pepper, 30g onion, 40g avocado
